Usual restrictions for parking in public lots and on the street
are not in force during LATE NITE HP^sm hours.

The two-hour limit ends at 7 pm for the central business district street
parking and at 5 pm for public lots.

So now you can combine
late afternoon shopping, a meal, finish with evening entertainment
and only park your car once.
