Scott is a solo guitarist and singer, and has been playing in the area for the past 3.5 years at La Casa del Gordo (Highland Park), Landmark Inn (Northbrook) and Madison Avenue (Waukegan). Before Chicago, he played regularly in the San Francisco Bay Area in coffee shops and bars. Prior to that he was a soloist in the UCLA choir and sang in such venues as the People's Choice Awards and the Hollywood Bowl.
